Ron Burkhardt Joins ANEW Board of Directors
Board Recognizes Leadership in Commercial Real Estate and Community Outreach
[Pasadena, CA – March 19, 2013] Asset Network for Education Worldwide (ANEW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Burkhardt, managing director, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF), to its Board of Directors.
As both a leader in sustainable practices in the commercial real estate field, and a valuable advocate for national non-profits and local charities regarding their real estate needs, Burkhardt’s appointment to the ANEW board is a natural choice.
“It’s an honor to be part of an organization that truly has found a way of ‘doing what’s right with what’s left’ regarding corporate surplus, and I look forward to working closely with Rose and the board members”, says Burkhardt.
In their collaborative relationship ANEW and NGKF enjoy the best of both worlds. NGKF brings commercial real estate clients to ANEW for help in liquidating and stewarding surplus, thus boosting corporate social responsibility, as well as charitable organization clients to which ANEW can match surplus.
